  All I can say is I have never experienced bad service like it, I purchased a so called 'silver' ring for £57.00, reassured by the sales asssistant that it was sterling silver, two days later a green band to appeared on my finger, when taking the ring back, with receipt, the sales assistant had to phone through to the owner, who insisted on coming from her house to the shop, she then had me wait for over 45 minutes, bringing with her a pack of baby wipes to try and wipe the green band off my finger!! She then went on to tell me it looked like a bruise! And then I also had a green mark on my other finger, which was ultimately was a vein!! I Was in utter disbelief!!! The awful women eventuallly gave me a refund, only by card even though I paid by cash, so will have to wait two days for my refund, It was such a shame as up until then we had had a lovely couple of days in Cornwall, and I hope no one experiences the same treatment I did! However ultimately I expect more People will!!! Nasty, nasty lady!!
